DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING

We ask for your understanding that after receipt of payment, shipping will take place: to Germany within 3-8 working days, to the EU and countries outside the EU within 10-14 days. The delivery time depends on the respective shipping service provider and can therefore vary.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GERMANY

We calculate the shipping costs separately. They amount to €4.50 per order within Germany.

Good news: From a value of 100€ we will take over the shipping costs for you.

SHIPPING COSTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN EUROPE

We calculate the shipping costs separately. They amount to €6.50 per order within the EU. For orders with a value of more than 150 €, you do not have to pay the shipping costs.

RETURNS

Would you like to return your order to us? Note the following:

​For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. The return form must be used to return jewelry. This form must be downloaded, printed out and filled out and enclosed with your return.

Please ensure that your package has sufficient postage. We recommend that you keep the postal receipt after shipping so that you have proof if your package doesn't reach us.

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. ​If a returned item is damaged or has already been worn, we will not be able to issue you a refund. In this case, we may send the item back to you (the buyer will then have to pay the shipping costs).

​Once the return has been checked, we will refund you within 14 days. We use the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.

​Please note that bin the event of a return, we will not reimburse the costs for shipping your order or for your return.
